Akers Design Guarantee

When a church enters a building program, people have two reasonable fears:

They fear that the design of the new building either will not fit the ministries of the church, or will be something they really do not like.
They fear that when all the plans are done, prices will come in so high they will be unable to go ahead with the project.

Akers Church Building Services, Inc. is well aware of the frustration and disappointment that come to a church if either of these fears proves valid. If that should happen, it can greatly discourage those who are working hard to win others to the Lord, and actually slow or stop a congregations' growth.

In order for the church to know--from the very start--that none of that will happen, Akers Church Building Services, Inc. gives you a two-fold guarantee.

1. We will keep working until the design meets with your approval.

You are not locked into any design. Any schematics given with our Ministry Facility Analysis or Master Planning services are only suggestions, to show what a given site can accommodate. They can be changed, or completely redone.
You can reject any design suggestions, and we will go back and redesign, until we come to agreement on the entire project.

AT NO EXTRA COST!

2. We will keep working until the project cost is within the budget.

If the bids should come in too high, we will suggest alternate solutions or materials that might reduce the cost without significant compromise of the design or quality.
We will redesign, reduce the size of the project if necessary, and do all the additional drawing needed.
We will extend the bidding, and contact other bidders, to get the best prices available.

AT NO EXTRA COST!
Of course, there are limits to what we can do. We cannot build a $5,000,000 building for $500,000. We cannot give you more building than you can afford, just because you need it. But we will give our very best effort to see that the church gets the best building they can, at the best price.

We will not leave you with a design you do not like or cannot afford to build.
