Insurance
When a church builds a new building, or adds to an existing
one, one continuing expense that must be considered is insurance.
Even if you are just remodeling, it would be a good time to re-evaluate
your insurance coverage. You might want to get estimates from
other companies as well as your current insurance carrier.
To assist you we have listed below three companies that provide
specialty insurance coverage for churches. We have no business
arrangement with any of them, and they are listed in no particular
order. Click on the company name to be taken directly to their
website.
Steeples and Baptistries
One step that a church often takes to enhance their building,
without a major addition or renovation, is the addition of a spire/steeple,
or the replacement of an old baptistry. Today, most steeples and
baptistries are made of fiberglass, so that companies that provide
one also make the other. Three such companies are listed below.
We have worked satisfactorily with all three of these companies,
but the church should still check references for quality as well
as comparing costs.
